Play Mahjong Online (play-mahjong-online.com) is run by Lunar Interactive Arts Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12044811, whose registered office is 102 Lady Margaret Road, Flat D, London, N19 5EX. "We" and "us" in these terms means Lunar Interactive Arts Ltd.

By using Play Mahjong Online you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. The service

We provide free Mahjong Solitaire games and guides that run in your browser. We offer them as they are, and we may change or remove any part of the site at any time.

2. What you may do

Play the games and read the guides for your own, non-commercial use. You may not:

copy, republish or mirror the site's games, code or guides without written permission;
try to disrupt, overload or break into the site or the systems it runs on;
scrape the site with automated tools, beyond normal search engine indexing;
hide, block or interfere with the ads by technical means built into another site or app;
use the site to break any law.

3. Who owns what

The game code, layout designs, tile artwork, guides, graphics and name of this site belong to Lunar Interactive Arts Ltd and are protected by copyright. Mahjong itself is a traditional game and its tile symbols are traditional. Product names mentioned in our guides, such as Shanghai and Mahjong Titans, belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe them.

4. Ads

The site is paid for by ads served by other companies. We don't endorse what is advertised, and any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them.

5. Links to other sites

We link to other sites, including our own sister sites, for your convenience. We are not responsible for sites we don't control.

6. No guarantee

The site is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using the site, including lost game data. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have by law that can't be removed.

8. Saved games and stats

Your settings, stats and games in progress are stored in your browser, not on our servers. Clearing browser data, using private browsing or changing device will lose them, and we can't get them back.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.

10. Law

These terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not affect consumer protections you have where you live.
